TERMS OF USE FOR MAIN CODES 27TH USERS IN MALAYSIA
Important – please read these terms carefully. By using the Service (as defined below), you agree that you have read, understood, accepted and agreed with the Terms of Use. You further agree to the representations made by yourself below. If you do not agree to or fall within the Terms of Use of the Service and wish to discontinue using the Service, please do not continue using the Application (as defined below) or the Service.
The Terms of Use stated herein (collectively, the “Terms of Use” or this “Agreement”) constitute a legal agreement between you and MAIN CODES 27TH SDN BHD. (Company no.202201010244 (1455941-A)) (the “Company”).
| Definitions | Description |

| 27th Codes App | The electronic payment system is established and managed by the Operator for Main Codes 27th Merchants and Users by way of a Credit Point (CC). |
| Credit Point (CC) | Credit point is an electronic payment currency which is denominated in Ringgit Malaysia at an exchange of RM1 to 1 CC exchange. The CC can only be converted from Ringgit Malaysia, and cannot be converted back to any form of cash currency. |
| CC Wallet | The CC Wallet stores the CC balance which can be used to make transactions at any Merchant Outlet under Main Codes 27th. |
| CC Wallet Transaction | A completed and successful transaction made on the 27th Codes App by the User to a Merchant for a purchase at the Merchant’s outlet which may be a payment using CASH, CC or a combination of the two. |
| Merchant | The tenant as defined in the Main Codes 27th Merchant Agreement who accepts the use of 27th Codes App and is participating in the 27th Codes App Programme. |
| Merchant Outlet | The tenant’s outlet as defined in the Main Codes 27th Merchant Agreement that accepts the use of 27th Codes App and is participating in the 27th App Programme. |
| 27th member/user | A participant of the MainCodes 27th App. |
| Discount promotion | Discount promotion is only available if the Merchant Outlet entitles an event for a discount amount larger than the usual discount of maximum 20%. |

| Redemption Transaction | The balance CC in the CC wallet will be deducted to get a certain amount of discount set by the Merchant on the cash payment OR the balance CC may be added by the merchant for an amount made in cash or card by the user, but the user is not entitled to the discount if the points are added to the CC walet. |
| Discount Day | The discount day is only applicable to the days the Merchant’s Outlet has set to be. Users can only use the CC to be entitled for a discount set by the Merchant on the cash payment on the selected days. |
General
1. These Terms and Conditions of Use apply to you as a 27th Member in relation to your use of 27th App and your participation in the 27th Programme. You are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions of use upon signing the 27th App and 27th Application Form and using 27th app. In relation to all electronic applications via our online channels, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions of Use upon checking the "I Agree” checkbox before clicking on the "Sign Up" button.
Eligibility
You are eligible to apply for the 27th App account only at any one time and the Operator reserves the right to reject multiple applications if in the Operator’s sole and absolute discretion the applications are made by the same person.
Application, Validity, Renewal
All applications to join the 27th App Programme and to apply for a CC Wallet and a 1 and its subsequent renewals can be made at:
a) 27th App website via https://www.mc27th.com/
b) 27th Mobile App
During the application process, you will be required to set a 27th App Login Password and a Payment PIN. You must not disclose your 27th App Login Password and Payment PIN to anyone and must take all steps to prevent its disclosure. You will be fully liable and responsible for all activities undertaken using your 27th App, and CC Wallet and the Operator will not be liable for any compensation, loss or damage arising from the use of your 27th App, and CC Wallet.
The CC has no expiry date and is only valid at MainCodes27th Merchant Outlets. The CC cannot be transferred or exchanged back into any form of cash currency. The CC is non-refundable under any circumstance.
Disputes
If you wish to dispute any transactions in relation to 27th App or CC Wallet Transaction due to an error or discrepancy (other than a request for a Refund), you must submit your dispute on the required form together with the required documents and information at any Customer Service Centers within 3 days from the date of the transaction which is being disputed.
The Operator will review your request within 3 working days from the receipt of your request so long as you have provided the Operator with all the required documents and information.
